For an unforgettable Valentine’s Day Fingerpools this weekend suggests a trip to Valle d’Aosta, exactly to the thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier.

Once you arrive in Morgex and the homonymous village, the feeling is of having been catapulted into another era. You will find yourself wrapped in a unique and special atmosphere and you can relax in the warm waters of the various outdoor pools surrounded by snow, enjoying the breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. And after dark everything becomes even more magical!

Unfortunately this paradise is not free but those who have been there ensure that the experience is worth much more than the entrance ticket.

So immerse yourself in the round tub with the comfortable stone seats for the whirlpool, or let yourself be refreshed by the energizing waterfall that is created with the tub below. Everything here was made with local stones and steel to tell the story of this valley, while still maintaining a pleasant and avant-garde design.

Arrive early, because the Wellness Path of the Terme di Pré Saint Didier offers over 40 different practices and it takes hours to experience them all. You will certainly never be bored among whirlpools, pools with underwater music, relaxation pools with still thermal water, outdoor jacuzzis, saunas, turkish baths, mud baths, relaxation rooms, panoramic pools, waterfalls and various water jets to reactivate the circulation. The Terme di Pré Saint Didier defined wellness at the foot of Mont Blanc since 1800.

There is more: since few years the novelty of winter (if the snow allows it) is a thermal igloo created in the gardens, next to a characteristic wooden cabin used as a sauna. The igloo has an always-on brazier inside that gives off a very pleasant heat and on which hay is placed which releases intense fragrances for unparalleled aromatherapy, an ideal experience after the sauna.

On weekends the spa closes at 11pm. The rest of the week at 9pm.
Happy Valentine’s Day to all!
